Rath Modar is the mastermind behind the collaboration between the Cult of the Dragon and some of the Red Wizards of Thay. Rath Modar seeks to bring about Taimat’s return to obtain her favor and help overthrowing Szass Tam, the undead lich who currently leads the Red Wizards.
